Here are some things which I wish I had been told when I first went to college.

  2. Exercise regularly for the sake of both your mind and your body.

  3. Learn how to beat procrastination.

  4. Avoid getting addicted to tech by practising digital minimalism.

  5. Get some tips for socialising successfully.

  6. Fail-safe your important plans.

  7. Ask yourself some life-changing questions.

  8. Don't feel ashamed for asking for help when you need.
